Our journey so far....

In 2024, two young entrepreneurs, both 19 years old, decided to take on the challenge of establishing their own car trading business. The journey has been excellent so far, filled with challenges and valuable lessons. Applying what we've learned, we are now entering the next phase, aiming to purchase cars from trusted auctions and individuals within our network.

We started with repairing salvage cars back to dealer standards. Why did we change the strategy?Although this was a business model we initially believed could develop into a strong opportunity, watching these videos highlights the real challenges involved in restoring vehicles to a consistently high standard.

Through our own experience in reparing salvage cars and the uncertainty that comes with it, we quickly realised that this model was neither suitable for us nor sustainable in the long term. As a result, we reshaped the business and changed our strategy to focus on purchasing vehicles with no damage history.

We also discovered that convincing customers that repairs had been completed to a truly high quality was very difficult unless we had everything recorded, hence we opened a youtube channel, even then the expected market discount of around 20% was unrealistic.

Most potential buyers were looking for a much larger reduction, while garages with in-house repair teams could repair vehicles at lower cost and easily undercut market prices.
